Fully Effective Employees is an employee assistance program specifically designed for a business environment. We understand the needs of our client companies as well as the personal problems and chemical dependency issues of employees. We specialize in Alcohol and Drug Related Problems, Marital, Family and Relationship Issues, Workplace Issues, Depression, Stress and Anxiety and much more. FEE helps solve problems early before they become too overwhelming and costly.

Fully Effective Employees is an independent, privately held firm which is not owned or operated by an insurance company or other business. Our primary and only work is Employee Assistance.
We provide most of the EAP work ourselves rather than contracting with private practitioners who may not be trained in the Employee Assistance field.
All of our staff have extensive experience working with employers- providing consultation on performance issues, drug testing, workplace violence and more. In addition, our staff have worked as both chemical dependency counselors and mental health therapists and are specifically trained in EAP issues.
We work with companies if all sizes including small businesses, large labor unions and larger corporations.
