Fully Effective Employees was established in 1976 and the firm has grown steadily since then. FEE is a full service company available to meet the great variety of human problems facing today's employees.
We have developed an excellent reputation as a low-cost, service-oriented, caring, and effective EAP.
Fully Effective Employees is an employee assistance program specifically designed for a business environment. We understand the needs of our client companies as well as the personal problems and chemical dependency issues (see Facts on Drugs and Alcohol in the Workplace) of employees. FEE helps solve problems early before they become too overwhelming and costly.
We serve approximately 60,000 lives, which includes employees and their dependents/significant others.  Most of our clients are located in the Puget Sound area, but some are scattered throughout the fifty states. Some local organizations we have served for years are:

FEE is a full service firm. EAP service includes several specific functions. Thorough assessment of all employee/clients, education and motivation of those who do not see the primary problem (such as chemical dependence), referral to proper help in their neighborhood and systematic follow up for up to one year or more, are essential EAP functions. All of these EAP roles are performed by our own EAP professionals, which makes quality and consistency manageable.
We have extensive experience in the field of chemical dependency and have successfully assisted both employers and employees in identifying and treating drug and alcohol problems early. As a result, companies save money in lost time and medical benefits.
We have a consortium with Drug Free Business to assist smaller employers in obtaining an employee assistance program
