The Department of Transportation requires all employers conducting drug testing programs, to provide a two hour training program for managers, supervisors and company owners on Reasonable Suspicion Drug and Alcohol Testing. The training assists supervisors in determining whether reasonable suspicion exists which would require an employee to undergo alcohol and other drug testing. The training includes the physical, behavioral, speech and performance indicators of probable alcohol misuse and/or use of controlled substances as well as basic information about the drugs of abuse. Participants are given handouts and resources to take with them as well as a certificate of completion.
If your company is located within the Seattle/Puget Sound area we will provide an onsite training. Our counselors will conduct a lively, interactive presentation and there will be time for generic examples, case discussion and questions. An in-person training keeps the audience engaged and increases learning and retention.
