Lou Dodson, MA, BSW, CDP
Lou received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Orebro University, Sweden, and her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Seattle. Lou obtained her chemical dependency credentials in Sweden and from Seattle Central Community College. She has worked for over twenty years in the field of addictions and co-occurring disorders. She has worked as a medical social worker, EAP counselor, family therapist, supervisor, drug court counselor and in Sweden, she managed her own outpatient treatment agency. Lou specializes in family of origin issues, childhood trauma and abuse.
Teresa
Lupinacci, M.A., CDP
Teresa received her Bachelor of Arts and Alcohol Studies Certificate from Washington State University. She obtained her Master of Arts in Applied Behavioral Science from Bastyr University and she is a certified chemical dependency counselor. Teresa has worked as a counselor and clinical supervisor in chemical dependency and mental health settings for the past 18 years. Her experience includes working with dually diagnosed clients, families and adolescents.
Audrey Rosenfeld, LiCSW, CEAP (Owner/President)
Audrey is a certified clinical social worker and a certified employee assistance professional. She earned a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Toronto and BA in Social Work from the University of Washington. Audrey has worked in an acute care hospital, a family service agency and for two national employee assistance companies in Canada. She specializes in emotional and relationship issues, sexual abuse and childhood trauma. Audrey has conducted Critical Incident Stress Debriefings after companies experience traumatic incidents.
Dena Small, B.S. Psych.
Dena received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington and a Communications degree from Shoreline Community College. She worked for 7 years at a leading chemical dependency treatment facility as the Family Counselor/Liaison. Her experience includes group facilitation, crisis intervention and management and family education lectures. Dena specializes in family of origin issues and education, domestic violence, mood disorders, parenting and women’s issues. Dena has also volunteered at the 24 hour Drug/Alcohol Helpline and Seattle Rape Relief.
Cynthia Smith, MA, CDCII, CEAP (Clinical Manager)
Cynthia is a certified mental health therapist, a certified chemical dependency counselor and a certified employee assistance professional. She obtained her Masters degree and her chemical dependency training at Seattle University. Cynthia has worked as a manager in an EAP program in Oregon, a supervisor in outpatient chemical dependency treatment and as a supervisor in a mental health agency. She has expertise in critical incident debriefing, working with the severely mentally ill and the chemically dependent.
Mary Peters, MA, CMHS, LMHC
Mary is a licensed mental health counselor and child mental health specialist. In addition to her experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families in a community mental health setting, she has over 20 years experience as a human resources director. Mary received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Central Washington University and her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Seattle. She specializes in emotional issues, parenting education, childhood sexual abuse and other traumas, organizational management and career coaching.
