Legal and Financial Issues
The Legal and Financial Program is an optional program which is
available for a nominal additional charge. Purpose: To provide employees and family members with legal referrals
to top rated attorneys and financial professionals in their area.

Eldercare and Childcare.
We have two components to this program, which are available for
an additional charge.
Option A
The provision of a link from our web page
to other independent sites, which will
assist employees in locating child care
and elder care resources based on
criteria that are input by the employee.
This service can be accessed as often
as needed and the additional cost to
your company is minimal.
Option B
A more extensive and comprehensive
program that will provide a wealth of
information as well as specific referrals
for both child care and elder care. The caller will speak with one
of our counselors who will conduct an initial assessment and
then refer to a child care/ elder care specialist. The specialist will
then provide referrals to programs that have current vacancies.
Childcare
Telephone counseling is provided to help parents assess their childcare
needs and to help them explore their options. Parents are sent at least
three referrals within two business days of the call. These referrals
include current openings verified by the childcare specialist, along with
a detailed "Provider Profile" for each referral, which includes capacity of
the program, its characteristics and a contact person.
Parents are also sent a "Parent Information Packet" with a "Guide to
Quality Childcare" book as a well as brochures related to specific
topics.
